In No Gi, the dress code is relaxed, featuring a lycra shirt known as a rash guard, paired with shorts or leggings.

The methodology is customized based on the number of classes at each level, allowing progression from white belt
2nd stripe – an ideal starting point for those already acquainted with the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu with a gi.
